Co-wash (conditioner wash) every Tuesday or Wednesday because I workout
I apply a conditioner in my hair, let it sit overnight or for 2 hours or more and rinse. I apply my leave-ins and airdry
Shampoo and Deep Condition once a week
I pretreat my hair with an essential oil (coconut oil), cover head with plastic cap and let sit overnight or for 2 or more hours
Rinse with shampoo, and then I apply my deep conditioner and let sit for up to 4 hours
I apply my leave-ins and do a rollerset under hooded dryer
I wear protective styles (styles that protect my hair ends) thru the week xcept weekends
I flat iron my roots only unless I am on a “no heat” challenge
I do an all over flat iron once a month (unless on a no heat challenge)
I take Fish oil supplements, aloe vera supplements, and biotin
