“And as he sat upon the mount of Olives, the disciples came unto him privately, saying, Tell us, when shall these things be? and what shall be the sign of thy coming, and of the end of the world? And Jesus answered and said unto them, Take heed (beware or pay attention) that no man deceive you. For many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ; and shall deceive many. And ye shall hear of wars and rumors of wars: see that ye (those who are “in” Christ) are not troubled (worried) for all these things MUST come to pass, but the end is not yet. For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and there shall be famines (food shortages), and pestilences (contagious deadly diseases), and earthquakes, in divers (various) places. All these are the “beginning” of sorrows. Then shall they deliver you up to be afflicted (unbelievers, anti-Christ, people in high positions) and shall kill you: and ye (Christians) shall be hated of all nations for my name’s sake, And then shall many be offended, and shall betray one another, and shall hate one another. And many false prophets shall rise, and shall deceive many. And because iniquity (sin) shall abound (increase)the love of many shall wax cold. But he that shall endure unto the end (not compromise or give in), the same shall be saved. And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come.”

For those of us who have obeyed the gospel call, and have been buried with Christ in baptism. This is just encouragement to you. Christ knows what is going on today, and He is not sleeping on us! Wait I say on the Lord, be of good courage, and He shall strengthen thine heart, wait I say on the Lord. – Psalms 27

If you have heard about the good news of Christ and His Church (kingdom) and you turn a deaf ear,then this article would be a warning. Sadly, this flesh cannot live forever, and we will give an account for our life on this side of the earth. If you deny Christ here in the flesh, then He will deny you before His Father, which is in heaven. – Matthew 10:33

Don’t give up. It seems like we are losing the battle, but God’s promise is that He will win the war!
